Action Bene Vitamin B Complex is a complex of the following vitamins: Vitamin B1 Vitamin B2 Niacin Pantothenic acid Vitamin B6 Folic acid Vitamin B12 This complex contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and reduces the feeling of fatigue. Pantothenic acid contributes to mental performance. Biotin contributes to macronutrient metabolism and maintains healthy hair and skin. Dosage and administration Take 1 tablet per day.
