Bene Vitamin C Effervescent Tablet Composition: 1 tablet: Vitamin C 1000 mg, RDA*% - 1,250%. Citric acid, acidity regulators: sodium bicarbonate, L-ascorbic acid. Used for treating Vitamin C deficiency, strengthening immunity, complex treatment of respiratory diseases, recovery after illnesses; promotes wound healing, has antioxidant properties; protects cells and connective tissues from harmful "free radicals"; participates in iron absorption; plays an important role in growth. Dosage and administration: For children over 11 years old and adults, it is recommended to take 1 effervescent tablet once a day. Dissolve the effervescent tablet in 250 ml of water. Storage: Store in a dry, cool place, protected from direct sunlight, inaccessible to children, at a temperature not exceeding 25C.
