What is it?
International Name - Extr.Valerianae,Passiflore,Crataegi Composition Capsule contains: Active substances: Dry hydroalcoholic extract of passionflower 25 mg Dry hydroalcoholic extract of hawthorn 25 mg Dry hydroalcoholic extract of valerian 100 mg Excipients: magnesium carbonate, colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, lactose. Capsule shell composition: gelatin, titanium dioxide, sodium indigotindisulfonate, erythrosine, iron yellow oxide, iron red oxide, iron black oxide. Description: Capsules filled with brown powder with white inserts, size #0, pink body, green cap. Indications - Increased nervous excitability - Nervous tension - Irritability - Feeling of anxiety, depression - Sleep disturbances, insomnia Dosage and Administration Tsentral-B is taken orally with a large amount of liquid. The preparation is intended for adults and children over 12 years of age. For increased nervous excitability, nervous tension, irritability, anxiety, and feelings of depression, take 1-2 capsules 3 times a day. Maximum daily dose - 6 capsules. For sleep disturbances and insomnia, take 2 capsules half an hour before bedtime. Side Effects Tsentral-B is usually well tolerated. Rarely: allergic reactions, weakness. Contraindications - Hypersensitivity to the components of the preparation - Age under 12 years. Pregnancy and Lactation During pregnancy and lactation, the use of the preparation is recommended only if the expected benefit to the mother significantly outweighs the potential risk to the newborn. Special Instructions The duration of treatment with the preparation is not limited. Abstinence syndrome does not develop upon discontinuation of the preparation. The preparation is contraindicated after recovery from any serious illness. Tsentral-B is used for mild forms of sleep disturbances and nervous excitability. It is recommended to refrain from consuming alcohol while using the preparation. Effect on Driving and Operating Machinery When using the preparation, it is advisable to refrain from activities that require increased attention and speed of psychomotor reactions, as daytime sleepiness may develop. Overdose Symptoms: dizziness, spasmodic abdominal pain, pupil dilation, nausea, vomiting. Treatment: gastric lavage may be possible, symptomatic treatment if necessary. Interactions with Other Drugs Tsentral-B enhances the action of cardiac glycosides, tranquilizers, CNS depressants, and alcohol.
