What is it?
Composition: Dexketoprofen trometamol Pharmacotherapeutic group: Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Indications: Symptomatic treatment of moderate and post-operative pain, renal colic, and back pain in patients who cannot take tablets. Dosage and administration: Always take as prescribed by your doctor. The required dose will be selected by the doctor based on the type, severity, and duration of symptoms. The recommended dose is generally 1 ampoule every 8-12 hours, and the dose can be repeated after 6 hours if necessary. Do not exceed a dose of 150 mg per day. The injectable form is used only during the acute phase of illness; switch to oral form as soon as possible. The preparation is intended for intravenous or intramuscular injection. For intravenous infusion, the contents of the ampoule are dissolved in 30-100 ml of physiological saline, 5% glucose, or Ringer's lactate solution, administered as a slow infusion over 10-30 minutes. The solution should be protected from daylight. For intravenous bolus injection, the preparation should be administered over at least 15 seconds. Do not use ZUM-25 intrathecally or epidurally. Only use clear and colorless solutions. The preparation is compatible in small doses with small volumes of injectable solutions of heparin, lidocaine, morphine, and theophylline. For intramuscular injection, the solution is injected into the muscle immediately after removal from the colored ampoule, as a deep, slow injection. Not for use in individuals under 18 years of age. In elderly patients with kidney and liver problems, the daily dose should not exceed 50 mg. Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to dexketoprofen trometamol or any other component of the preparation, acetylsalicylic acid, or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. History of asthma, acute allergic rhinitis, nasal polyps, urticaria, angioneurotic edema, wheezing in the chest after taking asthma or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. History of peptic ulcer, gastrointestinal bleeding developed on the background of taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Chronic digestive problems, chronic intestinal inflammation, bleeding tendency and blood clotting problems, third trimester of pregnancy or breastfeeding period. Pregnancy and lactation: The preparation is contraindicated in the III trimester of pregnancy and during lactation and is not recommended in the I and II trimesters.
