What is it?
International Nonproprietary Name - Dexamethasonum Ronik eye drops, solution is a preparation used topically for conjunctival problems (conjunctivitis, keratoconjunctivitis, blepharoconjunctivitis), iridocyclitis, toxoplasmosis, chorioretinal foci, and severe allergic conjunctival conditions. Ronik is prescribed for inflammatory conditions and is not used in acute eye infections. Strict medical supervision is required when using this preparation. Pregnancy and lactation - Consult your doctor or pharmacist before using any preparation. Although studies on topical corticosteroids have not indicated developmental abnormalities during pregnancy or other problems during lactation, such a possibility always exists. Therefore, the doctor should consider the potential benefits and possible risks of using Ronik during pregnancy and lactation. Driving and operating machinery - The use of Ronik does not affect the ability to drive or operate machinery. If temporary blurred vision occurs after using Ronik, do not drive or operate machinery until your vision improves. How to use Ronik Always use Ronik exactly as directed by your doctor. If you have any questions, ask your doctor or pharmacist. The usual dosage is: - For severe and acute injuries: one drop every hour. - For less severe and acute injuries: two drops 3-6 times a day. Treatment should be gradually discontinued according to your doctor's instructions. Storage conditions for Ronik - Store at a temperature not exceeding 250C. - After first opening, use within 28 days. - Keep out of reach of children. - Do not use Ronik after the expiry date indicated on the label or outer packaging next to "EXP". The expiry date refers to the last day of the specified month. - Do not dispose of medicines down the drain or in household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to dispose of medicines you no longer need.
