What is it?
Ingredients: 1 capsule contains: Vitamin D3-140mcg (mcg)-5600 IU (IU). Refined soybean oil, cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3), antioxidant DL-alpha-tocopherol acetate, capsule shell: gelatin, glycerin. GMO-free. Food supplement DetriX 5600 - capsules, each containing 5600 IU of Vitamin D3. Indication: May be recommended as an additional source of Vitamin D in adults with confirmed insufficient Vitamin D levels and in the elderly to: regulate calcium and phosphate absorption and reabsorption in the body, maintain normal serum calcium levels; maintain healthy bones and teeth; ensure proper functioning of the muscular and immune systems. The main physiological function of Vitamin D is the regulation of calcium and phosphate metabolism, which contributes to normal mineralization of bone tissue and bone growth. Cholecalciferol promotes the absorption and assimilation of calcium and phosphorus from food in the small intestine, as well as maintaining appropriate calcium levels in the blood. The presence of calcium ions in the blood at physiological concentrations determines the maintenance of skeletal muscle tone, myocardial function, affects the blood clotting process, contributes to normal nerve impulse transmission and the synthesis of serotonin, the "happiness hormone," which ensures a normal psycho-emotional state. In the process of bone calcification, this vitamin regulates the excretion of calcium and phosphates by the kidneys. Vitamin D is important for the normal functioning of the parathyroid glands. Vitamin D deficiency is one of the causes of osteomalacia. It also participates in the functioning of the immune system - regulates immune responses, reduces colds, including those of viral origin. In women, Vitamin D deficiency leads to impaired reproductive function - folliculogenesis, endometriosis, polycystic ovary syndrome, unsuccessful in vitro fertilization attempts, and hormonal imbalance during menopause. In pregnant women, a link has been found between Vitamin D deficiency and an increased risk of preeclampsia and premature birth. In men, cholecalciferol affects spermatogenesis. Vitamin D also participates in the endocrine system - stimulates insulin secretion by pancreatic beta cells, affects cell sensitivity to insulin. It regulates metabolic processes in the body - affects lipid profile, lowers total cholesterol, triglycerides, and LDL. It plays an important role in the correction of obesity and metabolic syndrome. Precautions for use: Hypersensitivity to Vitamin D and manifestations of Vitamin D intoxication; acute renal failure, urolithiasis, increased calcium and/or phosphorus in the blood, hypersensitivity to certain components. Pregnant or breastfeeding women, the elderly, or individuals with any medical condition should consult their doctor before using this product. This product is not intended for diagnosis and treatment, and should not be used as a substitute for a complete diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Always consult your doctor before use.
