Name - Fredullex Capsule 30mg #28 What is Fredullex® and what is it used for? Fredullex® contains the active substance duloxetine. Fredullex® increases serotonin and noradrenaline levels in the nervous system. Fredullex® is used in adults to treat: Depression Generalized anxiety disorder (a chronic feeling of anxiety or nervousness); Diabetic neuropathic pain (often described as a burning, tingling, pricking, sharp pain, or electric shock-like sensation. It may be accompanied by a loss of sensation in the affected area or sensations such as touch, heat, cold, or pressure, which can cause pain) In most people with depression or anxiety, Fredullex® starts to work within two weeks of starting treatment, but it may take 2-4 weeks for your condition to improve. Tell your doctor if you do not feel better after this time. Your doctor may continue to use Fredullex® when you feel better to prevent the recurrence of depression and anxiety. In people with diabetic neuropathic pain, it may take several weeks for your condition to improve. If you do not feel better after 2 months, consult your doctor. How to use Fredullex® Always take medicines as prescribed by your doctor or pharmacist. If in doubt, consult your doctor or pharmacist. Fredullex® is intended for oral administration. You should swallow the capsule whole, with water. For depression, diabetic neuropathic pain: The usual dose of Fredullex® is 60mg once a day, but your doctor will prescribe the appropriate dose for you. For generalized anxiety disorder: The usual starting dose of Fredullex® is 30mg once a day, after which most patients will receive 60mg once a day, but your doctor will prescribe the appropriate dose for you. The dose may be adjusted up to 120mg per day depending on your response to Fredullex®. To avoid forgetting to take Fredullex®, it may be more convenient to take it every day, at the same time. Ask your doctor how long you should take Fredullex®. Do not stop taking Fredullex® or change the dose without your doctor's advice. Proper treatment of the disease is important for your improvement. If treatment is not carried out, the condition may not disappear and become more serious and difficult to treat. How to store Fredullex® Store Fredullex® in its original packaging and out of the reach and sight of children. Store at room temperature, not exceeding 25°C.
