Composition: Each capsule contains: Active ingredient: Magnesium oxide 613.62 mg (equivalent to 370 mg magnesium) Magnesium citrate 158.644 mg (equivalent to 30 mg magnesium) Pyridoxine hydrochloride 6.08 mg (equivalent to 5 mg vitamin B6) Recommendations for use: Established magnesium deficiency, isolated or associated with other deficiency states, accompanied by symptoms such as: increased irritability, minor sleep disturbances, gastrointestinal spasms, palpitations, increased fatigue, muscle pain and spasms, tingling sensation in muscles. Contraindications: Individual intolerance to the components of the dietary supplement. Children under 6 years of age. Dosage regimen: Internally. Take 1 capsule daily with 1 glass of water.
