What is it?
Composition: Eucalyptus oil – 6mg; Menthol – 5mg; Ascorbic acid – 20mg; Excipients: Sugar, sorbitol, talc, calcium or magnesium stearate, aerosil, green pigment. Combined pharmacological agent Dosage form: Tablets. Pharmacotherapeutic group: Anti-inflammatory and antiseptic agent of local action. Pharmacological properties: The preparation has anti-inflammatory, bactericidal, expectorant effects. It acts on Gram-positive and Gram-negative microbes. The pharmacological action of the preparation is determined by a complex of biologically active substances: essential oils (containing 80% cineole), tannins, organic acids. Indications: • Inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity (gingivitis, stomatitis, and others); • Inflammatory diseases of the upper respiratory tract (laryngitis, tracheitis, pharyngitis, tonsillitis, bronchitis, and others). Contraindications: Individual intolerance to the components of the preparation. Side effects: Not identified. Dosage and administration: For adults: one tablet 3-4 times a day for sucking, without chewing. For children over 8 years old: one tablet 1-2 times a day for sucking, without chewing. The duration of the treatment course should not exceed 5 days. Overdose: No cases of overdose have been reported. Pregnancy and lactation: The preparation can be used during pregnancy and lactation upon doctor's recommendation. Interaction with other medicinal products or other types of interaction: Not studied.
