What is it?
Heparin-Hasko Forte - active substance is heparin sodium. One gram of gel contains 1000 IU of heparin sodium. - Other excipients are: Carbomer 5984, Sodium hydroxide 30%, Propylene glycol, Methylparahydroxybenzoate, Propylhydroxybenzoate, Disodium edetate, Polysorbate 20, Rose aroma Aღ 0287, Purified water. Usage: Heparin-Hasko Forte contains heparin, which has antithrombotic, anti-inflammatory, and anti-edema properties. The medication is intended for topical application to the skin. Heparin-Hasko Forte is indicated for adjunctive treatment in the following conditions: - Superficial venous diseases; - Phlebitis; - Thrombophlebitis; - Varicose veins of the lower extremities; - Swelling, bruises, subcutaneous hematomas. Method of use: The medication should always be used exactly as instructed or as prescribed by a doctor, pharmacist, or nurse. If the patient is unsure, consult with the treating physician, pharmacist, or nurse. The medication is intended for topical application to the skin. It is recommended to apply a thin layer of gel (a 3 cm - 10 cm strip) evenly to the affected area, 2-3 times a day. Hands should be washed thoroughly after applying the medication. Storage: Store in a closed, original container, below 25C. Keep out of reach of children.
