What is it?
Kaypro - Kaypro Solvent Activator 30vol. Hydrogen Peroxide Oxidizer, a high concentration of peroxide quickly lightens and removes pigment even from coarse, unruly hair, without over-drying it or destroying intracellular disulfide bonds. The solvent activator allows you to achieve the most satisfactory results. Instructions for use: Mix the solvent activator with the dye in the correct proportions, depending on the desired effect. Mix the product in a non-metallic bowl, keep out of reach of children, and avoid contact with eyes. 30vol = 9% Volume 1000 ml. Made in Italy
