What is it?
Composition 1 g Clindamycin (as phosphate) . . . . . . . . . 10 mg Excipients: Propylene glycol, Isopropanol, Purified water, Hydroxypropylcellulose Indications Common acne caused by Propionibacterium acnes, as well as other skin infections caused by clindamycin-sensitive microorganisms. Dosage and Administration The preparation should be used as prescribed by a doctor. In case of doubt, consult a doctor. Adults and children over 12 years of age Apply a thin layer of Clindacin T 1% gel to the affected areas twice daily. The average duration of treatment is approximately 4-8 weeks. Children under 12 years of age The safety of using Clindacin T gel in children has not been determined. Elderly patients: Dose adjustment is not necessary in elderly patients. Dosage in case of renal insufficiency: Dose adjustment is not necessary in patients with renal insufficiency when using the preparation. If the patient finds the effect of the preparation too strong or too weak, they should consult a doctor. Contraindications Clindacin T is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to clindamycin, lincomycin, or any component of the preparation. The preparation should not be used in patients with Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, or antibiotic-associated colitis in their medical history. Pregnancy and lactation Clindacin T may be prescribed to pregnant women only if necessary. Due to the possibility of absorption of the preparation from the skin surface, clindamycin should not be prescribed to breastfeeding mothers. Storage conditions and shelf life Store the preparation at a temperature of 25°C, in a dry place, protected from children. Shelf life - 2 years.
