What is it?
Liquident Mouthwash Solution Mint Flavor Composition: Active Ingredient: 0.2% Chlorhexidine Digluconate, Mint Oil, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Eucalyptus Leaf Oil. Excipients: Water, Sorbitol, Alcohol, Polysorbate 20, Poloxamer 407, Sodium Benzoate, Flavoring. Pharmacotherapeutic Group: Topical Antiseptic. Pharmacological Action: Liquident solution is used for oral hygiene. It promotes gum health and reduces the possibility of oral infections. Liquident solution removes bacteria between teeth and eliminates bad breath from the mouth for a long time. Liquident is used for the treatment of superficial infections of the oral mucosa and pharynx. Liquident is effective for minor mucosal damage, gum inflammation, and bleeding. It is also used in the mouth before and after dental and surgical interventions to prevent infection. Chlorhexidine is one of the most effective antiseptics used in dentistry. Chlorhexidine is effective against Gram-positive, Gram-negative, facultative anaerobes, and aerobes. Chlorhexidine digluconate protects the tooth surface from bacterial biofilm formation for up to 12 hours without causing tooth discoloration. It is used for the prevention and reduction of plaque formation on teeth, which is the main cause of gum disease development. Aloe Barbadensis leaf juice is used in dentistry as a powerful antibacterial and antimicrobial agent. It also has anti-inflammatory and tissue-regenerating (reparative) effects. Mint oil fights anaerobic bacteria that can cause gum disease. Mint oil promotes tissue regeneration, wound healing, relieves inflammatory processes, and has a mild analgesic effect. Eucalyptus leaf oil has antibacterial, antiseptic, and anti-inflammatory effects. Indications: Oral hygiene Treatment of symptoms of inflammation of gums, oral mucosa, and pharynx: gingivitis, stomatitis, tonsillitis, pharyngitis. Rinsing of deep pockets of the oral cavity and teeth-gum, complex treatment of all forms of periodontitis Wearing dentures Post-operative treatment in the oral cavity Presence of bad breath in the mouth Prevention of plaque formation on teeth Method of Use: Rinse the mouth with one tablespoon (15 ml) of undiluted liquid for one minute. 3-4 times a day, between meals. Special Instructions: Do not swallow the solution! Keep out of reach of children. Do not use the preparation continuously for more than two weeks. Contraindications: Individual intolerance to components. Children under 12 years of age. Use during pregnancy and lactation: Due to the lack of adequate studies, the use of the preparation during pregnancy and in nursing mothers is contraindicated.
