Excipients: Polysorbate 20, Sorbitol (70%), Propylene glycol, Quinoline Yellow, Mint essence, Sucrose, Ecocool MP, Patent V Blue, Citric acid monohydrate, Sodium citrate dihydrate, Deionized water. Pharmacotherapeutic group: Preparations for oral topical use. Indications: For pain relief in the oral cavity and pharynx (angina, pharyngitis, tonsillitis, aphthous stomatitis, glossitis). During surgical interventions in the pharynx and oral cavity. For the treatment of oral diseases caused by chemotherapy, radiotherapy, trauma, and other interventions (e.g., tracheal intubation). For the treatment of inflammatory diseases of the oral mucosa and their complications, periodontosis. Treatment and prevention of gingivitis; To reduce plaque on teeth; To maintain oral hygiene. Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to benzydamine, chlorhexidine, or any component of the preparation. Special Instructions: For external use only; For oral use only; Swallowing the solution is not recommended; May cause reversible discoloration of the oral mucosa, especially on the tongue and teeth. If sore throat is caused by bacterial infection, antibacterial therapy may be prescribed along with Loroben. The possibility of systemic effects of Loroben should be considered in patients with kidney and liver diseases, as benzydamine and its metabolites are metabolized in the liver and excreted in the urine. The use of Loroben solution is not recommended in children under 6 years of age due to insufficient clinical experience. Dosage and Administration: Do not swallow the solution! After rinsing the oral cavity with Loroben solution, it should be expectorated. Dosage in adults: 15 ml of solution should be held in the oral cavity for at least 30 seconds. The procedure should be repeated every 1.5-3 hours during the day; Chlorhexidine in Loroben reduces plaque and gingivitis manifestations during treatment. If Loroben solution is used for oral hygiene, the rinsing should last for at least 1 minute. To avoid undesirable tooth discoloration caused by chlorhexidine, it is recommended to brush teeth before using the preparation. Dosage in children (6-12 years): 5-15 ml. The solution should be held in the oral cavity every 1.5-3 hours for at least 30 seconds. Do not use for more than 7 days. In case of burning or tingling, the solution should be diluted with water. The preparation is not recommended for children under 6 years of age. Side Effects: Loroben solution is generally well tolerated and has minor side effects. Side effects caused by the use of benzydamine hydrochloride solution: Local: Adverse reactions more common during treatment: In the oral cavity - numbness (2.6%), rarely - burning and tingling sensation (1.4%). Very rarely, dryness or thirst (0.2%), sensation of heat and taste alteration (0.1%) are observed. General: Rarely observed: nausea, vomiting, hiccups, dyspeptic events (0.4%), dizziness (0.1%), headache and drowsiness (0.1%). Side effects caused by the use of chlorhexidine gluconate: Tooth calculus formation, taste alteration; Experimental studies have not revealed serious side effects.
