What is it?
Composition: 1 tablet (550 mg) contains: Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) - 5 mg, Magnesium Carbonate - 60 mg. Excipients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Polyvinylpyrrolidone, Magnesium Stearate, Sorbitol. 1 effervescent tablet (4000 mg) contains: Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) - 5 mg, Magnesium Carbonate - 150 mg. Excipients: Sodium Bicarbonate, Malic Acid, Citric Acid, Fructose, Aspartame (which is a source of phenylalanine), Sodium Cyclamate, Acesulfame K, Lemon and Orange flavorings, Riboflavin coloring. Action: Magitron is a combined preparation whose action is due to the properties of its components. Vitamin B6 facilitates the absorption of magnesium from the gastrointestinal tract. Magnesium is one of the important trace elements; it participates in immune mechanisms, helps strengthen immunity, increases the body's resistance to allergic and inflammatory processes, activates enzymatic processes, and promotes the synthesis and metabolism of high-energy compounds - carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. Magnesium has a calming and anti-stress effect; it reduces neuromuscular transmission, excitability of smooth and striated fibers, positively affects the cardiovascular system, prevents the development of ischemia, protects the vascular wall, counteracts the development of connective tissue changes and the formation of arteriosclerosis. Magnesium participates in the transmembrane transport of potassium and calcium ions; it is necessary for the synthesis of insulin and some other hormones. Magitron is intended for adults to replenish daily deficits of magnesium and vitamin B6. Indications: - Chronic mental and physical fatigue - Stress - Irritability Dosage and Administration: Tablets: Magitron is taken in a dose of 1-2 tablets per day with a small amount of water. Effervescent tablets: 1 tablet is taken per day after meals. The tablet is dissolved in a glass of water. Magitron does not contain sugar, therefore it can be used by patients with diabetes mellitus. Packaging: 10 tablets in a blister pack, 5 blister packs in a cardboard box. 20 effervescent tablets in a tube, 1 tube in a cardboard box. Storage Conditions: Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, in a dry place protected from children. Shelf Life: 2 years. Use of Magitron is not allowed after the expiry date indicated on the packaging.
