What is Perskindol Classic and what is it used for? Perskindol Classic is a liniment that promotes blood circulation, available in liquid (solution, spray) or gel form, containing herbs and essential oils. Perskindol Classic penetrates the skin quickly without leaving stains or being greasy; hands and clothing do not become greasy. Essential oils and menthol create a cooling, pain-relieving effect and locally enhance blood circulation through reflexes, which is associated with a pleasant sensation of warmth. This relaxes muscles, relieves pain, and promotes healing. Perskindol Classic is indicated for: - Treatment and relief of rheumatic pain, neck pain, back pain, joint pain, epicondylitis (tennis elbow), lower back pain, sciatica, and muscle spasms. - Treatment of muscle strains, injuries, and ligament sprains. - Before and during sports: Perskindol Classic promotes blood circulation in muscles, their relaxation, and the prevention and treatment of muscle pain and calf muscle cramps. - After sports: Perskindol Classic is used for relaxation of muscles and joints and helps restore their function. - For headaches and migraines: rub into the forehead and neck area for regeneration. When should Perskindol Classic not be used? Perskindol Classic should not be used on open wounds or under airtight compresses. Do not use in young children or if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients (see composition). When is caution needed when using Perskindol Classic? Inform your doctor or pharmacist if: - You have other diseases. - You have allergies. - You are using any other external preparations, including those purchased without a prescription. Can Perskindol Classic be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding? Based on current experience, this preparation does not pose any established risk to the baby if used correctly. However, systematic scientific studies have not been conducted. For safety reasons, avoid using the preparation during pregnancy and breastfeeding as much as possible, or consult your doctor or pharmacist for advice. How is Perskindol Classic used? Rub a sufficient amount of Perskindol Classic gel, solution, or spray into the painful areas of the body several times a day as needed. Wash your hands thoroughly after applying the preparation. Use the dose indicated in this leaflet or as prescribed by your doctor. If you think Perskindol Classic is not effective enough or its effect is too strong, consult your doctor or pharmacist. The use and safety of Perskindol Classic in young children have not yet been studied. What side effects can occur with Perskindol Classic? The following side effects may occur with the use of Perskindol Classic: rarely, mild itching, redness, or a burning sensation may be observed. In rare cases of eczematous manifestations or very rare cases of acute hypersensitivity reactions, treatment should be discontinued and your doctor should be informed if necessary. If you notice any side effects not listed in this leaflet, be sure to inform your doctor or pharmacist. What additional information should you know? Keep out of reach of children. Do not use near eyes or mucous membranes. Do not use under airtight compresses. Perskindol Classic must not be used after the expiry date "EXP" indicated on the packaging. You can get additional information from your doctor or pharmacist. Perskindol Classic Spray: Do not damage the container. Keep away from heat. Do not spray onto open flames or glowing objects. What does Perskindol Classic contain? 1g gel, 1g solution, or 1g spray contains: Menthol 15mg; Oil from evergreen plants 3.5mg; Pine needle oil 13.5mg; Lemon oil 1mg; Orange oil 4mg; Bergamot oil (furocoumarin-free) 1mg; Rosemary oil 0.6mg; Lavender oil 0.2mg; Terpineol 1mg; Terpinyl acetate 1mg.
