Histidine contributes to: tissue growth and repair; zinc absorption. Pantothenic Acid contributes to: normal metabolism and energy production; synthesis and metabolism of hormones, vitamin D, and some neurotransmitters; reduction of tiredness and fatigue; mental performance. Folic Acid contributes to: tissue growth; amino acid synthesis; hematopoiesis and homocysteine metabolism; normal immune system function; reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Biotin contributes to: maintaining the normal condition of hair, mucous membranes, and skin; metabolism of macronutrients and energy production; proper functioning of the nervous system and improved mental functions. Vitamin E contributes to: protecting cells from oxidative stress.
