What is it?
Active ingredient (per 1 capsule): 5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) 100 mg Other ingredients: Bulking agent (Mannitol (E421)), Capsule shell (Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (E463)), 5-Hydroxytryptophan, Isomaltulose, Anti-caking agents (Magnesium salts of fatty acids (E470b) and Silicon dioxide (E551)) Indications: • Strengthening the nervous system • Improving work capacity and mood • Helps regulate appetite • Ensures a healthy sleep cycle Contraindications: Children under 11 years of age Method of use: It is recommended to take 1-2 capsules once a day. Suitable for ages 11 and up. Storage conditions: Keep out of reach of children. Store in a dry place at room temperature below 25˚C.
