International Nonproprietary Name (Active Substance): comb. drug, omega 3 Clinical-Pharmacological Group: Biologically Active Supplements Composition One soft gelatin capsule of Omesam Cardio contains active substances Omega-3 (EPA 87.5% / DHA 12.5%) – 800 mg and Ubiquinone (CoQ10) – 30 mg. Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids counteract the development of cardiovascular and gastrointestinal diseases, improve memory and vision, and help reduce joint pain. Clinical studies have shown that Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids contribute to muscle mass growth and fat reduction. They strengthen the functions of the musculoskeletal system, possess pronounced antioxidant activity, and increase work capacity and overall body tone during hypoxia and decreased arterial pressure. Additionally, they are used as supportive agents in the treatment of allergic diseases. The human body cannot independently produce Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, so it is essential to consume them regularly from food. Food does not always allow for the intake of the recommended daily dose (only 50-70% of the required amount is obtained from food). Therefore, it is important to replenish the deficit with dietary supplements. The main functions of Ubiquinone (CoQ10) in Omesam Cardio are coenzymatic and antioxidant.
