It has a vasodilating effect. In large doses, it reduces the excitability of the heart muscle, slows down the intra-cardiac conduction Indications The preparation is prescribed by a doctor for vascular spasms (hypertension, angina pectoris, migraine), spasms of smooth muscles and abdominal blood vessels (cholecystitis, spasmodic colic, urinary tract spasms), in case of bronchial asthma Dosage and administration The suppository is removed from the packaging with scissors, moistened with water and inserted deep into the rectum.
