PERMANEO DUAL 1 White Capsule Contains: 5-HTP --- 100 mg Magnesium (Magnesium Oxide) --- 56.5 mg Ginkgo Biloba Extract --- 54 mg Zinc (Zinc Citrate) --- 2.5 mg Pantothenic Acid --- 1.5 mg 1 Blue Capsule Contains: 5-HTP --- 100 mg Magnesium (Magnesium Oxide) --- 56.5 mg Zinc (Zinc Citrate) --- 2.5 mg Melatonin --- 1.9 mg Pantothenic Acid --- 1.5 mg Vitamin B6 --- 0.7 mg Indications for Use: - Dyscirculatory encephalopathy of various etiologies accompanied by decreased attention and/or memory - Impairment of intellectual abilities, anxiety, fear, sleep disturbances - Improvement of memory and attention - Neurosensory disorders (dizziness, tinnitus, hypoacusis) - During circadian rhythm disorders (disruption of sleep and wakefulness phases) - Reduction of depression symptoms - During increased mental and psychoemotional load Contraindications: - Hypersensitivity to the components - Pregnancy, breastfeeding - Age under 12 years Dosage and Administration: For adults and children over 12 years of age, for oral administration: White Capsule --- In the morning with food Blue Capsule --- 30 minutes before bedtime Course duration --- 1 month If necessary, the course of administration can be repeated!
