What is it?
Sinoresti Sinoresti - Nasal and Sinus Rinse Kit Contents of one sachet: 0.106 g Sodium Bicarbonate 2.531 g Sodium Chloride 0.013 g Hyaluronic Acid Pharmacological Action: Salts of sodium chloride and sodium bicarbonate soften nasal secretions and facilitate their expulsion (increase mucociliary clearance). They reduce swelling of the nasal mucosa and improve breathing. Hyaluronic acid is a major structural component of human tissues. It is found in large quantities in synovial fluid. It plays an important role in the formation of the nasal mucosa, promotes regeneration, and moisturizes it. It reduces the intensity of nasal dryness in "dry nose syndrome." It prevents the formation of defective postoperative scars and facilitates the removal of crusts. Indications: Sinoresti - Nasal sinus rinse system contains: a mixture of sodium salts (sodium chloride and sodium bicarbonate) and hyaluronic acid, which is a natural remedy for relieving symptoms of nasal and sinus diseases, in the following conditions: - Common cold and flu - Sinusitis-related obstruction - Allergic rhinitis and other allergic diseases - Nasal dryness - "Post-nasal drip" syndrome - Before and after nasal and sinus surgery - To cleanse and moisturize the nasal mucosa to facilitate rhinoscopy procedures - Prophylactically during periods of high air pollution and risk of viral infection - For nasal hygiene Contraindications: Sinoresti should not be used by patients with: - Ear blockage or infection - Severely blocked nose - Lethargy (drowsiness) - Bedridden status Instructions for Use: - Before use, prepare sufficient water to obtain a saline solution, as well as for cleaning the bottle after use. To do this, boil tap water for 3-5 minutes and cool it to a temperature between +30°C and +35°C, or alternatively, distilled water can be purchased at a pharmacy. - Ensure that the sinus rinse system is clean and completely dry. - Wash your hands before using Sinoresti. - Remove the cap from the bottle and place it in a clean area. - Add the contents of the sachet to the bottle and add up to 240 ml of warm water. - Shake until the powder is completely dissolved. - Tilt your head forward at a 30-degree angle towards the sink and place the bottle tip in one nostril. Gently squeeze the bottom of the bottle so that the solution enters the nasal cavity. The solution will exit your nostrils. - Breathe through your open mouth during rinsing. - After rinsing, pause for a moment with your head tilted forward and gently blow your nose. - Repeat the same procedure for the other nostril. - Pour out the remaining solution from the bottle and clean it using the prepared water. Dry the inside. Dosage: For use from 12 years of age, 2 times a day. The last procedure of the day is preferably performed 1 or 2 hours before bedtime. Side Effects: No cases of side effects have been reported with the use of Sinoresti. Pregnancy and Lactation: Sinoresti is permitted for use during pregnancy and lactation. Storage Conditions: Store at room temperature, in the original packaging, and out of reach of children.
