It participates in many physiological processes in the body. Mg ions reduce neuronal excitability, play a physiological role in maintaining ionic balance in muscles, and participate in numerous enzymatic reactions and ATP synthesis. Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) participates in the metabolism of proteins, fats, and histamine. It accelerates the conversion of glutamic acid to gamma-aminobutyric acid and hemoglobin synthesis. Pyridoxine is essential for the normal functioning of the central and peripheral nervous systems. It stimulates the liver's detoxifying and synthetic functions. It suppresses the vomiting reflex by acting on the vomiting center. Vitamin B6 helps with magnesium absorption in muscles. Indications: • Lagging in child's mental development and decreased mental activity; • Memory, attention, and speech disorders; • Dizziness, headache, anxiety; • Stress, depression, chronic fatigue, sleep disorders; • Post-traumatic period after craniocerebral trauma and birth trauma; • Post-period of impaired blood circulation in the brain; • Damage to cerebral blood vessels; • Cerebral palsy in children Contraindications: • Individual intolerance to any component • Acute renal failure • Severe liver diseases Pregnancy and lactation: Contraindicated in the first trimester of pregnancy. Side effects: Vomiting, nausea, insomnia, depression may occur. Mild discomfort in the stomach area may occur with high doses. Symptoms disappear when the dose is reduced.
