What is it?
Composition: 25 g Zinc Oxide. Pharmacotherapeutic group: Dermatoprotective agent. Indications: Treatment of diaper rash. The preparation is also used as a first aid for minor skin injuries, such as minor burns, abrasions, and sunburn. Dosage and method of administration: Topically. Treatment for diaper rash in infants: Before use, the affected area should be washed and dried. At the first signs of redness, apply the paste to bedsores or minor burns 3 or more times a day, if necessary, usually after each diaper change. Wounds, abrasions, and sunburn: Apply a thin layer, cover with gauze if necessary. Side effects: Allergic reactions may occur: itching, redness, rash at the application site of the ointment. Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to the components of the preparation. Special instructions: The paste is intended for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If the rash does not disappear within 48-72 hours, consult a doctor. The paste should not be used on infected skin lesions. Pregnancy and lactation: Use in pregnant and breastfeeding women only on the recommendation of a doctor. Storage conditions: Store in a dark place, inaccessible to children, at a temperature of 15-25C. Dispensing conditions: Over-the-counter.
