What is it?
Urolesan Capsules Composition: 1 capsule contains: Active substances: Urolesan® thick extract, obtained from a mixture of liquid extracts of Daucus carota L., frucfus (wild carrot fruit) (1:1), Humulus lupulus L., flos (hops cones) (1:1), Oreganum vulgare L., herba (oregano herb) (1:1) in a ratio of 1/1, 4/1, extractant - ethanol 96% vol./vol., calculated for 10% moisture content - 10.70 mg; Mentha x piperita L., aetheroleum (peppermint oil) - 7.46 mg; Abies sibirica L., aetheroleum (Siberian fir oil) - 25.50 mg. Excipients: magnesium aluminum metasilicate*; castor oil; heavy magnesium carbonate; talc; lactose monohydrate; disodium edetate (Trilon B); potato starch. Indications: Acute and chronic infections of the urinary tract and kidneys (cystitis and pyelonephritis); urolithiasis and uric acid diathesis (prevention of concrement formation after their removal); chronic cholecystitis (including calculous), biliary dyskinesia, cholelithiasis. Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to the components of the preparation; gastritis, gastric and duodenal ulcer disease; children with a history of convulsions (febrile or afebrile). Method of administration and dosage: The preparation is taken orally before meals. Recommended dose for adults and children aged 14 and over: 1 capsule 3 times a day. In acute conditions (including renal and hepatic colic), the duration of the treatment course is from 5 to 7 days, in chronic conditions - from 7 days to 1 month. In case of renal and hepatic colic, a single dose can be increased to 2 capsules once, and then return to the usual single dose (1 capsule) at the next administration. Children: For children under 14 years of age, Urolesan should be prescribed in liquid form. Storage conditions: Store in the original packaging at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
