What is it?
Valosedum 0.05 g №40 Coated Tablets Composition: Valosedum dry extract - 0.05 g (Rhizomes and roots of valerian - 3 parts, motherwort herb - 3 parts, peppermint leaves - 2 parts, lemon balm herb - 2 parts, hop cones - 1 part, hawthorn flowers - 1 part); excipients: magnesium basic carbonate, talc, starch, calcium stearate _ in quantities sufficient to obtain tablets weighing 0.112-0.114 g (without coating). Excipients: magnesium basic carbonate, sucrose, talc, Aerosil, titanium dioxide, blue dye. _ in quantities sufficient to obtain tablets weighing 0.16-0.19 g (with coating). The plants included in the preparation contain a complex of biologically active substances: essential oils (borneol isovalerianate, borneol, isovaleric acid, menthol), valepotriates, flavonoids (quercetin, rutin, quinqueloside), triterpene saponins, vitamins, tannins, bitter glycosides, lupulin, humulone, lupulone, ursolic and oleic acids. See blog: Valosedum - What to know about this sedative preparation Pharmacological action: The preparation has a sedative, antispasmodic, hypotensive, cardiotonic, anticonvulsant, analgesic, and diuretic effect, enhances inhibitory processes in the neurons of the cortical and subcortical structures of the brain, reduces reflex excitability in the central parts of the nervous system, prolongs the action of sleeping pills, reduces spontaneous motor activity, eliminates neurogenic arrhythmias, reflexively dilates cerebral blood vessels, reduces spasms of smooth muscles of internal organs, enhances bile flow, secretion of digestive glands, and peristalsis. It promotes the regulation of fat and water-salt metabolism. Indications: > Neuroses of various forms, vegetoneurosis, climacteric neurosis; > Irritability, fear, tension; > Migraine-like headaches; > Neurogenic arrhythmias; > Hypertensive disease (stages I, II); > Diseases of the liver and biliary tract (cholecystitis, cholangitis); > Disorders of the secretory function of the gastrointestinal tract; > Meteorism, nausea; > Constipation of neurogenic origin; Side effects: Hypersensitivity to the components of the preparation. Prolonged intake of the preparation in increased doses may cause drowsiness. Dosage and administration: Orally, 1 tablet 3 times a day after meals. Dosage form: 20 tablets per blister. 2 blisters in a cardboard box. Shelf life: 2 years. Storage conditions: In a dry, cool place. Dispensing from pharmacy: Over-the-counter.
