What is it?
Composition One tablet contains: Active substances: Acetylsalicylic acid - 75 mg / 150 mg Magnesium hydroxide - 15.2 mg / 30.39 mg Indications for use: Primary prevention of cardiovascular diseases, such as thrombosis and heart failure, in the presence of risk factors (e.g., diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidemia, arterial hypertension, obesity, smoking, advanced age). Prevention of recurrent myocardial infarction and vascular thrombosis. Prevention of thromboembolism after vascular surgery (aortocoronary bypass grafting, percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty). Unstable angina. Contraindications Hypersensitivity to ASA, excipients of the preparation and other NSAIDs, cerebral hemorrhage; tendency to bleeding (vitamin K deficiency, thrombocytopenia, hemorrhagic diathesis); bronchial asthma induced by salicylates and NSAIDs; erosive-ulcerative lesions of the gastrointestinal tract (in the acute phase); gastrointestinal bleeding; severe renal failure (creatinine clearance less than 10 ml/min); pregnancy (I and III trimester); lactation period; glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency; concomitant use with methotrexate (more than 15 mg per week); age under 18 years. Use during pregnancy High doses of salicylates during the first 3 months of pregnancy are associated with an increased risk of fetal defects. In the II trimester of pregnancy, salicylates may be prescribed only after a strict risk-benefit assessment. In the last trimester of pregnancy, high doses of salicylates (more than 300 mg/day) cause inhibition of labor, premature closure of the fetal ductus arteriosus, increased maternal and fetal susceptibility to bleeding, and administration immediately before delivery can cause intracranial hemorrhage, especially in premature infants. Administration of salicylates in the last trimester of pregnancy is contraindicated. Dosage and administration Swallow tablets whole with water. If desired, the tablet can be broken, chewed, or crushed beforehand. Prevention of recurrent myocardial infarction and vascular thrombosis 1 tablet of Cardiomagnyl containing 75-150 mg ASA once a day. Prevention of thromboembolism after vascular surgery (aortocoronary bypass grafting, percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty) 1 tablet of Cardiomagnyl containing 75-150 mg ASA once a day. Unstable angina 1 tablet of Cardiomagnyl containing 75-150 mg ASA once a day. Storage conditions: Store in a dry, protected from light place, at a temperature not exceeding 25C.
