- Pharmacological property: Aciclovir-Denk 200 tablets are indicated for the treatment of simple herpes of the skin and mucous membranes, including the initial and recurrent forms of genital herpes. Indication: Tablets are intended for adults to suppress frequent and/or severe episodes of genital simple herpes (to prevent recurrence). Dosage and administration: 1 tablet 4 times a day at 6-hour intervals. The duration of treatment is determined by the doctor. Side effects: Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, fatigue, insomnia, lethargy. Interaction with other medications: Probenecid reduces the excretion of acyclovir by the kidneys. This leads to an increase in the half-life of acyclovir.
