What is it?
Adrenalin Zdarovye Solution for Injection 0.18% 1ml Ampoule Composition: Active substance: epinephrine; 1 ml of solution contains 1.82 mg of epinephrine hydrotartrate; Excipients: sodium metabisulfite (E 223), sodium chloride, water for injection. Indications: Immediate type allergic reactions: anaphylactic shock, developed during the use of medicinal products, sera, blood transfusions, insect bites or contact with allergens. Bronchial asthma - relief of attack. Arterial hypotension of various origins (posthemorrhagic, intoxicational, infectious). Hypoglycemia as a result of insulin overdose. Asystole, cardiac arrest. Prolongation of the action of local anesthesia. Asystole (including that developed against the background of grade III AV block). Contraindications: Increased individual sensitivity to the components of the preparation; hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy, severe aortic stenosis, tachyarrhythmia, ventricular fibrillation, pheochromocytoma, narrow-angle glaucoma, shock (except anaphylactic), general anesthesia using inhalation agents: fluorotane, cyclopropane, chloroform; second stage of labor; use on fingers and toes, in the area of the nose, genitals. Dosage: Adults: Anaphylactic shock: administered intravenously slowly 0.5 ml, diluted in 20 ml of 40% glucose solution. Subsequently, if necessary, continue intravenous drip infusion at a rate of 1 mcg/min, for which 1 ml of adrenaline solution is diluted in 400 ml of isotonic sodium chloride or 5% glucose. If the patient's condition allows, it is better to administer 0.3-0.5 ml intramuscularly or subcutaneously, diluted or undiluted. Bronchial asthma: administered subcutaneously 0.3-0.5 ml, diluted or undiluted. If repeated administration is necessary, this dose can be administered every 20 minutes (up to 3 times). Intravenous administration of 0.3-0.5 ml, diluted, is possible. As a vasoconstrictor, administered intravenously by drip infusion at a rate of 1 mcg/min (with a possible increase to 2-10 mcg/min). Asystole: administered intracardially 0.5 ml, diluted in 10 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride solution. During resuscitation measures - 1 ml (diluted) intravenously slowly every 3-5 minutes. Children: Asystole in newborns: administered intravenously at a dose of 10-30 mcg/kg body weight every 3-5 minutes, slowly. Anaphylactic shock: administered subcutaneously or intramuscularly at a dose of 10 mcg/kg body weight (maximum - up to 0.3 mg). If administration is necessary, repeat every 15 minutes (up to 3 times). Bronchospasm: administered subcutaneously at a dose of 10 mcg/kg body weight (maximum - up to 0.3 mg). If administration is necessary, repeat every 15 minutes (up to 3-4 times) or every 4 hours. Storage: Store in the original packaging at a temperature not exceeding 25 C. Keep out of reach of children.
