What is it?
Alenox Syrup 2.5mg/5ml 150ml Bottle + Measuring Cup Composition: Active ingredients: 1 ml contains 0.5 mg desloratadine Excipients: propylene glycol, sorbitol (E420), citric acid monohydrate, trisodium citrate dihydrate, sodium benzoate, disodium edetate, distilled water, sucrose, various fruit flavors and color - sunset yellow (E110). Indication: Alenox is presented in a 150 milliliter bottle with a child-resistant cap. Alenox is a non-drowsy anti-allergic medication. It helps control allergic reactions and symptoms. Alenox relieves symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose and itching, itchy palate or eyes, redness or vomiting associated with cough caused by allergy (e.g., hay fever, allergy to house dust mites). Alenox is used to relieve itching caused by hives and to eliminate symptoms such as skin swelling and redness. These symptoms are relieved throughout the day and do not interfere with normal daily activities and sleep. Pregnancy: Consult your doctor or pharmacist before using the medication. Do not use Alenox during pregnancy. If you discover you are pregnant during treatment, consult your doctor or pharmacist. Lactation: Consult your doctor or pharmacist for advice before using the medication. Do not use Alenox during lactation. Driving and operating other machinery: When taking the recommended dose, Alenox will not cause drowsiness or reduced concentration. Alenox can rarely cause drowsiness in a patient. This may affect your ability to drive or operate other machinery. Dosage: Proper intake and dosage instructions/frequency of use: Children 6 to 11 months: take 2 ml of syrup per day. Use the 2 ml measuring spoon. Children 1 to 5 years: take 2.5 ml of syrup per day. Use the 2.5 ml measuring spoon. Children 6 to 11 years: take 5 ml of syrup per day. Use the 5 ml measuring spoon twice. Adults, children over 12 years: take 10 ml of syrup per day. Use the 10 ml measuring spoon 5 times. During treatment, your doctor will determine the type of allergic rhinitis and decide how long you should take Alenox. If your allergic rhinitis is intermittent (symptoms appear for 4 days a week or less), your doctor will take your medical history and offer you an immediate treatment plan. In case of persistent allergic rhinitis (symptoms appear for 4 days a week or more), your doctor will offer you long-term treatment. The duration of treatment for hives depends on the patient. It is recommended to follow your doctor's advice. Method of administration: Take the syrup orally with a small amount of water. Alenox can be taken independently of food. Storage conditions: Keep Septonate in its packaging, out of reach of children. Store at a temperature not exceeding 30 C. Use before the expiry date. Alenox must not be taken after the expiry date.
