What is it?
Anaftin Baby - Anaftin Baby Dent Gel 10ml for relief of teething pain Indication: Anaftin® Baby Teething Gel is intended for oral use to relieve discomfort and pain caused by teething. Anaftin® Baby Teething Gel quickly forms a protective transparent film on the gums, relieving pain and discomfort caused by teething. Its ingredients help reduce pain and redness in the affected areas. The applicator, equipped with a silicone brush, gently massages the painful, irritated gums and can temporarily relieve pain. This makes applying the gel less bothersome for infants and easier for parents to use the product. Anaftin® Baby Teething Gel has a pleasant banana flavor. Anaftin® Baby Teething Gel does not contain lactose, sugar, alcohol, or local anesthetics. Instructions for use: Remove the cap, dispense a pea-sized amount of product, and keep the tube squeezed. Apply the product to the affected area and gently massage the gums using the applicator. For repeated use, first remove any dried residue from the applicator with clean, dry hands. In infants, it is recommended to apply the gel after feeding and before sleep to form a film and provide long-lasting pain relief. Use 3-4 times a day as needed. Replace the cap on the applicator after each use. Anaftin® Baby Teething Gel is intended for children from 3 months of age. The teething process progresses at different rates in different children, but these instructions provide general guidance on what to expect. Composition: Water, Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) (12%), Maltodextrin, Propylene Glycol, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Saffron Extract, Xanthan Gum, Flavoring, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate, Sodium Hyaluronate (0.1%), Xylitol, Disodium EDTA, Cetylpyridinium Chloride, Glycyrrhetinic Acid. Contraindications, Warnings, and Precautions: Anaftin® Baby Teething Gel is intended for use by one patient only to avoid contamination of the applicator and gel. Anaftin® Baby Teething Gel is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any of its ingredients. Do not use during pregnancy, suspected pregnancy, or breastfeeding. Keep out of reach of children. The product should only be applied by an adult. Warning: This medical device is not a toy. Never leave it within a child's reach to avoid the risk of choking. Before use, check the medical device for any signs of wear and tear, and when using the gel, ensure that no part of the applicator tip becomes accidentally detached. If this happens, discontinue use. Do not attempt to reattach a detached part. Do not use the product if the tube is open or damaged. Any incident observed during the use of this product should be reported to the manufacturer via email: pharmacovigilance@alliancepharma.co.uk. Any serious deterioration in health observed as a result of using this product should also be reported to the competent authority in your country. Contents: 10 ml tube. Store at temperatures between 5°C and 25°C. Discontinue use of the device after the gel is finished. Do not use after the expiry date.
