What is it?
Composition: 1 ml of the preparation contains as an active substance: 100 mg chondroitin sodium sulfate. Excipients: benzyl alcohol, sodium hydroxide or hydrochloric acid, water for injection. Pharmacotherapeutic group: Stimulator of tissue trophic and regeneration. Indications: Degenerative diseases of joints and spine, such as: osteoarthritis of peripheral joints; intervertebral osteoarthritis and osteochondrosis. Dosage and administration: The preparation is administered intramuscularly at a dose of 1 ml per day. With good tolerance, the dose is increased to 2 ml, starting from the fourth injection. Course of treatment - 25-30 injections. If necessary, repeated courses can be carried out after 6 months. Side effects: Redness, urticaria, dermatitis, maculopapular rash, edema, hematomas at the injection site, nausea, vomiting. Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to the components of the preparation; tendency to bleeding; thrombophlebitis. Interaction with other drugs: The action of indirect anticoagulants, antiplatelet agents, fibrinolytics may be enhanced, which requires frequent monitoring of blood coagulation parameters during simultaneous use. Special instructions: A decrease in the concentration of cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood is noted during treatment. Pregnancy and lactation: Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Driving and operating machinery: No effect. Overdose: No cases of overdose have been described. Appearance and packaging: Solution for intramuscular administration. Colorless, transparent liquid. 2 ml #5 colorless glass ampoule with a breakable ring in a contour cell package. 2 contour cell packages with instructions for use in a cardboard box.
