- Azavit Capsules Composition: Each capsule contains: Lutein 6 mg Zeaxanthin 1 mg Bilberry Extract 100 mg Eyebright Extract 100 mg Ginkgo Biloba 100 mg Taurine 80 mg Vitamin A 400 IU Vitamin E 3.6 mg Vitamin B1 1.5 mg Vitamin B2 3 mg Vitamin B6 2 mg Vitamin C 60 mg Niacin 4.8 mg Copper Oxide 3 mg Chromium 50 mcg Selenium 25 mcg Indications: Azavit is used for the complex therapy of the following conditions: Eye strain and fatigue due to prolonged reading, computer work, driving, wearing contact lenses, exposure to bright light (asthenopic syndrome, "eye strain" syndrome) Hemeralopia (worsening of adaptation mechanisms to poor lighting conditions or darkness) Recovery period after eye surgery Central and peripheral retinal dystrophy (chorioretinal dystrophy) Primary glaucoma Cataract prophylaxis Age-related retinal changes, degenerative processes, refractive anomalies Myopia, accommodative disorders, "eye strain" syndrome, inflammatory processes of the retina Retinopathy prophylaxis in patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension Prophylaxis of senile cataract, senile macular degeneration, and other retinal diseases Xerophthalmia Keratomalacia Prophylaxis of complications caused by wearing contact lenses Dosage: For adults and children over 3 years of age: 1 capsule once daily with meals. If swallowing is difficult, the capsule can be opened and its contents diluted in a small amount of liquid, on a spoon. The recommended duration of the course is 1-3 months. It is advisable to consult a doctor before taking the medication. Contraindications: Individual intolerance or hypersensitivity to the components of the product Children under 3 years of age Side effects: Allergic reactions may occur Pregnancy and lactation: The decision to prescribe the drug during pregnancy and lactation is made by the doctor individually.
