What is it?
Composition One tablet of the preparation contains 50 mg of lyophilized bacterial lysate, of which 7 mg of lysate corresponds to: Staphylococcus aureus - 6 billion, Streptococcus pyogenes - 6 billion, Streptococcus viridans - 6 billion, Klebsiella pneumoniae - 6 billion, Klebsiella ozaenae - 6 billion, Haemophilus influenzae B - 6 billion, Neisseria catarrhalis - 6 billion, Diplococcus pneumoniae - 6 billion (the latter bacteria contains various types, each 1 billion - TY1/EQ11, TY2/EQ22, TY3/EQ14, TY5/EQ15, TY8/EQ23, TY47/EQ24), and 43 mg of glycocol for the lyophilization process. Indications Acute, subacute, recurrent or chronic infections of the upper respiratory tract and bronchopulmonary system (chronic bronchitis, tonsillitis, pharyngitis, laryngitis, rhinitis, sinusitis, otitis). Ismigen, due to its immunomodulatory action, reduces the frequency and intensity of respiratory diseases. If necessary, Ismigen can be prescribed in combination with other medications (antibiotics and mucolytics). Contraindications Hypersensitivity to the components of the preparation. Dosage and administration Oral tablets for children and adults. Adults and children over 12 years of age are prescribed Ismigen 7 mg (1 tablet) for sublingual absorption; children from 6 months to 12 years - 3.5 mg (1/2 tablet) for sublingual absorption. For young children, it is permissible to dissolve the crushed tablet in a small amount of liquid (tea, juice). Treatment of acute processes: 1 tablet for sublingual absorption once a day (after taking the preparation, it is necessary to restrict food intake for at least half an hour). Prescribed daily for at least 10 days, until symptoms disappear. The therapeutic course involves taking 10 tablets. Long-term therapeutic and prophylactic use: 1 tablet sublingually once a day for 10 days. After a 20-day break, a 10-day course needs to be repeated in the following month. The full course of treatment, when maximum immunotherapy effect is achieved, is 3 months. To complete the full course, it is necessary to take 30 tablets of Ismigen. Shelf life and storage conditions The shelf life of the preparation is 3 years. Store at a temperature of 15-25°C, out of reach of children!
