Pharmacological action: Benosen contains herbal extracts that help relieve fatigue and stress, promote overall body relaxation, relieve insomnia, and ensure peaceful sleep. Benosen reduces the frequency of nighttime awakenings and improves the feeling of vigor after waking up. Benosen is recommended for mental strain, stressful situations, and depressive moods due to its calming effect. The main components of Benosen are: L-Theanine (100.0 mg) - an amino acid obtained from green tea leaves using special technology. L-Theanine is a precursor to gamma-aminobutyric acid, which participates in inhibitory reactions and protects the nervous system from overload. L-Theanine also affects dopamine release, acts as a relaxant, and maintains balance. Valerian extract (50.0 mg) is an effective and safe calming agent for increased nervous excitability and emotional exhaustion.
