What is it?

Name - B-Combi Tablet #15 Composition 1 tablet contains active ingredients: Vitamin B1 (Thiamine Nitrate) 50 mg Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) 15 mg Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) 25 mg Vitamin B9 (Folic Acid) 100 mcg Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 250 mcg Excipients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Calcium Phosphate, Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide. Pharmacotherapeutic Group: B Group Vitamin Complex. Pharmacological Properties Vitamin B1 (Thiamine Chloride) - In the body, it is converted to cocarboxylase as a result of phosphorylation processes. It actively participates in the process of nerve impulse conduction in synapses, is of particular importance in the functioning of the heart, gastrointestinal tract, and endocrine glands. Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) - Plays an important role in DNA formation, hemoglobin synthesis, promotes tissue regeneration processes, and corrects trophic disorders in cells. Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) - Essential for the normal functioning of the central and peripheral nervous systems. In its phosphorylated form, it is a coenzyme in amino acid metabolism and participates in the biosynthesis of neurotransmitters. Vitamin B9 (Folic Acid) - Essential for the normal course of tissue growth, development, and proliferation processes, particularly for hemopoiesis and embryogenesis, enhances mental and physical work capacity. Stimulates hydrochloric acid production in the stomach. In case of its low content in the body of a pregnant woman, the possibility of miscarriage, premature birth, and other anomalies cannot be excluded. Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) - Participates in the process of myelin sheath formation, stimulates the process of nerve cell growth and formation. It has a nootropic effect, helps prevent the degradation of brain cells; improves hemopoiesis, has a positive effect on liver functions, reduces pain caused by damage to the peripheral nervous system. Usage and Indications Used in both mono and complex therapy: • For lesions of the central and peripheral nervous system of various origins; • For cardiovascular diseases; • For gastrointestinal tract pathologies; • In complex treatment of joints and skin; • To correct side effects of certain medications; • For pregnancy toxicoses; • In complex treatment of the following eye diseases: hemeralopia, keratitis, iritis, cataract, corneal ulcer. Contraindications Hypersensitivity to the components of the preparation, age up to 2 years. Dosage and Administration B-Combi is taken orally as recommended by a doctor, 1 tablet 1-3 times per day during meals. For children aged 2-5 years - 1/2 tablet; For children over 5 years of age - 1 tablet 1-2 times per day. Use during pregnancy and lactation During pregnancy and lactation, the preparation is used as prescribed.
