International Nonproprietary Name - domperidol, simethicone Pharmacological group: Antiflatulents and adsorbents Clinical-pharmacological group - Antiflatulents Composition and dosage form Tablets #20 BIGETRIC tablets: Each tablet contains: Domperidone 10.000 mg, Simethicone 200.000 mg Excipients: Wheat starch 12.059 mg, Calcium carbonate 194.100 mg, Light magnesium carbonate 208.200 mg, Microcrystalline cellulose 62.300 mg, Povidone K-30 83.800 mg, Sodium saccharin 0.600 mg, Sodium croscarmellose 22.900 mg, Magnesium stearate 5.880 mg. Indications Gastrokinetic, antiemetic, and antiflatulent preparation. Dosage and administration BIGETRIC tablets: 1-2 tablets, 3-4 times a day, preferably before meals. Side effects Dry mouth, intestinal spasms, migraine, drowsiness, neurosis, itching. Antagonists and antidotes: Not presented Contraindications Hypersensitivity to domperidone. Although teratogenic effects have not been observed in studies on domperidone, it is advisable to assess its risk before prescribing the drug to pregnant women. Special instructions It is not used with anticholinergic drugs, as they reduce the therapeutic effect of BIGETRIC. Storage conditions and shelf life Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature of 15-30°C, out of reach of children.
