What is it?
Composition: Each delivered dose contains: 340 mcg aclidinium bromide, 12 mcg formoterol fumarate dihydrate. Excipients: lactose monohydrate. Pharmacotherapeutic group: Bronchodilators. Indications: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in adults. Dosage and administration: The recommended dose is one inhalation twice daily, morning and evening, independently of meals and fluid intake. Brimica Genuair acts for 12 hours, so it is used at the same time to ensure a sufficient level of the drug in the body. No dose adjustment is required in elderly patients or patients with kidney or liver disease. Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to aclidinium, formoterol fumarate dihydrate, or any other component of this preparation. Age under 18 years. Pregnancy and lactation: Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding without a doctor's recommendation. Driving and operating machinery: If any side effects related to the administration of the preparation occur, such as dizziness, blurred vision, do not drive or operate machinery. Overdose: Symptoms: blurred vision, dry mouth, malaise, tremor, headache, palpitations, increased blood pressure. In case of overdose, seek immediate emergency medical attention. Appearance and packaging: White or almost white powder. The Genuair inhaler is a white device with a dose indicator and an orange dosing button. The mouthpiece is covered by an orange removable protective cap. The inhaler comes in a sealed protective aluminum pouch containing a desiccant. The cardboard box contains 1 inhaler for 60 doses. Storage conditions: Store in a place inaccessible to children, within 60 days of opening the package. No special storage temperature conditions are required. Store in the original closed packaging before starting treatment. Do not use if the patient notices that the packaging is damaged or has been opened. Do not dispose of the product with household waste
