What is it?
Ledacalci / ლედაკალცი Composition: Each 15ml of Ledacalci syrup contains: Calcium - 540 mg, Vitamin D3 - 3 mcg, Magnesium - 67.5 mg, Zinc - 13 mg. Additional ingredients: Water, Citric acid, Sodium benzoate, Xanthan gum, Potassium sorbate, Sucralose, Tutti-frutti flavoring. Pharmacodynamics Ledacalci is recommended for bone tissue and dental health. It replenishes calcium, vitamin D3, Mg, and Zn deficiencies in the body. Calcium is essential for bone tissue formation, tooth mineralization, participates in the regulation of nervous processes and nerve impulse transmission, muscle function, insulin synthesis, blood clotting, and immune response regulation. Vitamin D3 is essential for calcium absorption and utilization, enhances DNA synthesis in osteoblasts, and inhibits calcium resorption from bone tissue. Magnesium significantly increases calcium absorption and reduces gastrointestinal side effects. Calcium and magnesium are essential elements for maintaining healthy bones. Half of the body's magnesium is located in bones and is essential for their stability and health. Magnesium participates in muscle relaxation and regulates nervous function. Magnesium deficiency causes involuntary muscle cramps. Zinc participates in bone tissue metabolism, positively affects potassium-phosphorus metabolism, and enhances inorganic phosphorus absorption. Zinc is important for the healthy development of a child's body. Indications: • Calcium deficiency • Active growth period in children, teething period • Caries prophylaxis • Rickets treatment and prophylaxis • Bone skeleton formation disorders • Convulsive syndrome (on the background of calcium deficiency) Dosage: • 0 to 6 months 2.5 ml 2 times a day. • 6 months to 1 year 2.5 ml 3 times a day. • 1 to 5 years 5 ml 2 times a day. • 5 to 12 years 5 ml 3 times a day. Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to the active or inactive ingredients of the preparation; hypercalcemia, hypercalciuria. Storage conditions: Store in a dry place, inaccessible to children, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
