Pharmacological properties Cycloderm has a broad spectrum of antimycotic activity. It is effective against pathogenic fungi: dermatophytes, yeasts (Candida species), molds, and other types of fungi. The preparation also exhibits bacteriostatic effect against some gram-positive and gram-negative bacterial strains. Cycloderm is well tolerated. Indications Local treatment of fungal skin infections. Dosage regimen Apply a thin layer of Cycloderm cream to the affected skin and surrounding area twice daily, in the morning and evening. Treatment should be continued for another 1-2 weeks after the disappearance of fungal infection signs to prevent recurrence of the infection. If no clinical improvement is observed within 30 days, the diagnosis needs to be clarified. The safety of using the preparation in children under 10 years of age has not been studied. Side effects In rare cases, itching or burning sensation may occur. Contraindications Hypersensitivity to the preparation. It is not recommended to start treatment during pregnancy and lactation without consulting a doctor. Special instructions Avoid contact with eyes. For effective treatment and to prevent reinfection, hygiene must be maintained: before using the preparation, it is necessary to wash the affected area and dry it thoroughly. To keep the affected area dry, it is advisable to use talc or antifungal powder. Storage conditions and shelf life Store the preparation in a cool place, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
