What is it?

International Nonproprietary Name - succinic ac+inosine+nicotinamide+ribofla Composition: 1 tablet contains: Active ingredients: Succinic acid ........................................ 0.300 g; Riboxin (Inosine) ................................. 0.050 g; Nicotinamide ........................................ 0.025 g; Riboflavin mononucleotide (Riboflavin) ..... 0.005 g. Excipients: medium molecular weight polyvinylpyrrolidone (povidone), calcium stearate, methacrylic acid and ethyl acrylate copolymer, 1,2-propylene glycol, acid red 2C, tripeoline O. Description: Red, round, biconvex, film-coated tablets. Pharmacotherapeutic group: Metabolic agent Indications: Cytoflavin is used in adults in complex therapy for: 1. Chronic cerebral ischemia of stages 1-2 (cerebral atherosclerosis, hypertensive encephalopathy, post-stroke); 2. Asthenic syndrome (weakness and fatigue). Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to the components of the preparation. Caution: The preparation should be used with caution in cases of hypotension and gastrointestinal diseases (erosive gastroduodenitis, peptic ulcer disease). Pregnancy and lactation: In the absence of allergic reactions to the components of the preparation, it can be used during pregnancy and lactation. Dosage: Cytoflavin is used orally, 2 tablets 2 times a day, half an hour before meals, without chewing, with an interval of 8-10 hours (with 100 ml of water). The course duration is 25 days (100 tablets). Taking the preparation in the evening is recommended no later than 6 PM. A repeated course is prescribed when cerebrovascular insufficiency deepens, but 25-30 days after the completion of the previous course. Side effects: Transient headache reactions are possible.
