Properties

What is it?

Composition: 1g cream contains: Active ingredients: Beclometasone dipropionate anhydrous 0.25mg, Clotrimazole 10mg, Gentamicin sulfate 1mg, Clioquinol 20mg. Excipients: White soft paraffin, Liquid paraffin, Cetostearyl alcohol, Macrogol cetostearyl ether, Propylene glycol, Benzyl alcohol, Chlorocresol, Sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate, Disodium phosphate dihydrate, Purified water. Indications: Dermatitis; Eczema; Neurodermatitis; Otomycosis; Athlete's foot and jock itch; Pyoderma; Interdigital and other fungal lesions of the skin. Dosage and Administration: For external use. Apply a small amount of DECLOSID cream in a thin layer 2 times a day to the affected skin surface. The duration of treatment is 2-4 weeks. It should be taken into account that on facial skin, compared to other body surfaces, atrophic changes may occur more frequently after prolonged treatment. In such cases, the course of treatment should not exceed 5 days. Contraindications: Individual intolerance to the components of the preparation; Cutaneous tuberculosis; Cutaneous manifestations of syphilis; Chickenpox; Herpes simplex; Post-vaccinal skin reactions; Application on open wounds; Age under 7 years. Side effects: Redness of the skin, burning and tingling sensation at the application site (if irritation develops, the preparation should be discontinued). In case of any side effects, including those not listed in this instruction, consult your doctor or pharmacist. Special Instructions: The preparation is not used in ophthalmology. Contraindicated for application on the skin around the eyes. The patient should avoid applying the preparation to damaged skin or open wounds. In case of the development of resistant bacterial or fungal microflora to the preparation, it is necessary to discontinue the use of the preparation and prescribe appropriate therapy. Cross-resistance to aminoglycoside antibiotics may develop. When conducting long-term therapy, the preparation should be withdrawn gradually. Effect on ability to drive and operate machinery: No effect of DECLOSID on the ability to drive vehicles and operate machinery has been identified. Use during pregnancy and lactation: DECLOSID can be used during pregnancy only if the expected benefit to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus. It has not been determined whether the components of the preparation are excreted in breast milk, so when prescribing DECLOSID during lactation, the issue of discontinuing lactation should be decided. Use in pediatrics: In children, the preparation is prescribed from 7 years of age only under strict indications and under medical supervision, as systemic adverse reactions associated with beclometasone may develop. With the use of DECLOSID, as well as other topical glucocorticosteroid agents, on large areas of skin, suppression of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal system function may occur, a decrease in growth hormone excretion may be observed, as well as an increase in intracranial pressure. Interaction with other medicinal products: No clinically significant interactions of the preparation with other medicinal products have been established. Overdose: Symptoms: Prolonged use of high doses of topical glucocorticosteroids may lead to symptoms of hypercorticism (hyperglycemia, glucosuria, reversible suppression of adrenal cortex function, manifestations of Cushing's syndrome). Treatment: Symptomatic therapy. Dosage Form: Cream for external use, 30g in an aluminum tube. 1 tube with instructions for use in a cardboard box. Storage Conditions: Store at a temperature not exceeding 25C, out of reach of children.
