What is it?
Depores Free 0.05% Eye Drops, Emulsion • Active Substance • 1 ml of emulsion contains 0.5 mg of cyclosporine. • Excipients: Castor oil, polysorbate 80, carbomer, glycerol, sodium hydroxide, water for injections. Depores Free is used to increase tear production in patients whose tear production is expected to be suppressed due to inflammation of the eye associated with dry eye. Instructions for Use and Dosage/Frequency of Administration: Instill 1 drop of Depores Free Eye Drops, Emulsion into each eye twice daily, approximately 12 hours apart. How to Administer: Do not touch the dropper tip to the eye or any surface to avoid contamination of the medicine with microbes. Depores Free can be used with artificial tears; there should be a 15-minute interval between the instillation of the prepared medicines applied to the eye. Depores Free is intended for ophthalmic use only. Before use, invert the bottle several times to obtain a white, uniform opaque emulsion without phase separation. Store in its original packaging and out of reach of children. Store below 25 C. After the first opening of the bottle, the product should be used within 90 days. During this period, the product can be stored below 25 C.
