- Dexaris Composition: Each 1 ml of suspension contains 0.2028 mg Dexamethasone Isonicotinate and 0.5 mg Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride. Excipients: Disodium phosphate, Sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate, Carmellose sodium, Benzyl alcohol, Polysorbate 80, Benzalkonium chloride, Sodium hydroxide/hydrochloric acid, Distilled water. Dexaris is a special preparation that has a strong effect when used topically for persistent and severe nasal congestion. It contains two active ingredients, Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride and Dexamethasone-21-isonicotinate. Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride is a sympathomimetic preparation that narrows the nasal blood vessels by opening the congestion of the nasal mucosa, providing rapid and long-lasting relief from nasal congestion. It helps to open the nasal passages and allows patients with stuffy (congested) noses to breathe better. Dexamethasone belongs to a group of preparations called corticosteroids (cortisone type), which are used to reduce and prevent inflammation. Dexamethasone has anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic properties, and when used nasally, it reduces and prevents inflammation or swelling of the nasal mucosa. Dexaris is indicated in children over 7 years of age and adults in the following cases: - Allergic rhinitis (hay fever), vasomotor rhinitis, acute rhinitis with nasopharyngitis, sinusitis, and nasal polyps. Dosage: Adults and children over 7 years of age 300 -dose pack, unless otherwise prescribed, 2-3 sprays (50 µl each) in each nostril 1-3 times a day is sufficient. In children, the application can be repeated 2 times in 24 hours. Store below 25°C. Keep this preparation out of the reach and sight of children.

Вспомогательные вещества: динатрия фосфат, натрия дигидроген фосфат дигидрат, натрия карбоксиметилцеллюлоза, бензиловый спирт, полисорбат 80, бензалкония хлорид, натрия гидроксид/соляная кислота, дистиллированная вода. Дексарис – это специальный препарат, который оказывает мощное действие при местном применении в случаях постоянного и сильного заложенности носа. Он содержит два активных вещества: оксиметазолина гидрохлорид и дексаметазона-21-изоникотинат. Оксиметазолина гидрохлорид – симпатомиметическое средство, которое сужает кровеносные сосуды слизистой оболочки носа, устраняя ее отечность, что обеспечивает быстрое и длительное облегчение заложенности носа. Он способствует открытию носовых ходов и позволяет пациентам с заложенным (забитым) носом лучше дышать. Дексаметазон относится к группе препаратов, называемых кортикостероидами (тип кортизона), которые используются для уменьшения и профилактики воспаления. У детей применение может повторяться 2 раза в течение 24 часов. Хранить при температуре ниже 25 C. Храните этот препарат в недоступном и скрытом от детей месте.
