Dermasis Nu Composition: Sterile Type I Collagen Dressing with not less than 90% collagen content Indications for use: - Ulcers - chronic, pressure (superficial), venous/vascular, and diabetic - Second-degree burns and superficial skin burns (first-degree) - Skin grafting (donor site) - Surgical wounds, traumatic wounds (lacerations, punctures, mixed, etc.) Instructions for use: Before application: Clean the wound of necrotic tissue and exudate. Use Dermasis Nu sheet after bleeding has stopped. Application: Measure the affected skin area and adapt the Dermasis Nu dressing - cut the sheet (if necessary) so that it slightly overlaps the affected area. If multiple sheets are needed, overlap the edges. Dermasis Nu can be applied with both surfaces. Fixation: If necessary, use the desired method for sheet fixation (HGJD) Rehydration: Carefully moisten the Dermasis Nu sheet with sterile saline solution. Dressing: Use a non-adhesive primary dressing over the Dermasis Nu sheet. The primary dressing is changed every 3-5 days to prevent damage to the sheet. Bandaging: Select an appropriate bandage according to the wound type and amount of exudate. Dermasis Nu can be used under a compression bandage. Assess the wound 3-5 days after application. The wound should be free of infection and necrotic tissue. Carefully remove any remnants of the sheet from the wound edges. If gel forms on the wound surface, do not forcibly remove it; carefully moisten it with sterile saline solution without touching the intercellular matrix gel. Storage: Store in a dry, light-protected place, inaccessible to children, at a temperature not exceeding 40°C.
