What is it?
Active substance: 1g gel contains 12.5mg dexketoprofen equivalent to 18.5mg dexketoprofen trometamol. Other ingredients: Carbomer 980, propylene glycol, polyethylene glycol (PEG 400), ethyl alcohol (96%), 18% sodium hydroxide solution, lavender aroma, deionized water. Indication: Defsarol is used for the treatment of pain and inflammation caused by trauma or degenerative damage to joints, tendons, ligaments, and muscles. Desfarol effectively reduces and prevents substances that cause pain in joints, tendons, ligaments, and muscles. Topical application of the gel reduces pain and swelling at the application site. Contraindication: If the patient is allergic to dexketoprofen or other components of Defsarol; allergic to acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin) or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; has asthma or suffers from asthmatic attacks, acute allergic rhinitis (inflammation of the nasal cavity), nasal polyps (swelling in the nose caused by allergies), urticaria (skin rash), angioedema (swelling of the face, eyes, lips or tongue, or difficulty breathing) or wheezing in the chest after taking acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin) or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Is in lactation or in the third trimester of pregnancy. The gel should not be applied to open wounds or persistently damaged skin. The gel should not be applied to mucous membranes, anal or genital areas. Tight clothing or occlusive dressings should not be worn after applying Defsarol. Method of use: Proper use and dosage instructions - frequency of use: It can be applied to the painful area 2-3 times a day. The duration of treatment should not exceed 7 days. Use recommended doses unless otherwise advised by a doctor. Storage: Defsarol should be stored out of reach of children, in its original packaging, at room temperature, not exceeding 25C, protected from light. Ampoules should be stored in their original packaging.
