What is it?
Composition: Solution 1ml contains: Active substance: Dibazol (Bendazol) 10mg; Excipients: Ethanol 96%, Glycerin, Hydrochloric acid 0.1, Water for injection up to 1ml. Indication: The preparation is used in cases of hypertensive crises and exacerbated arterial hypertension, as well as for smooth muscle spasms of internal organs in nervous diseases. Method of administration and dosage: Intravenous and intramuscular injections. For the relief of hypertensive crises, administer 3-5ml of 1% solution (30-40mg) intravenously or intramuscularly. In case of significant increase in arterial pressure, intramuscular administration of 2-3ml of 1% preparation (20-30mg) 2-3 times a day is indicated. The course of treatment is prescribed by the doctor individually. Possible side effects: Dizziness, headache; sensation of heart palpitations, pain in the cardiac region; dry cough, runny nose, difficulty breathing; sensation of heat, sweating, facial redness. In case of any side effect, including one not listed in this instruction, consult a doctor or pharmacist. Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to the preparation. Diseases with current muscle hypotonia, convulsive syndrome, acute heart failure; hypotension; chronic nephritis with edema and impaired renal excretory function; gastric and duodenal ulcer with bleeding; diabetes mellitus. Overdose: Nausea, vomiting, arterial hypotension. Pregnancy and lactation: During pregnancy and lactation, the preparation is taken only as prescribed by a doctor. Interaction with other drugs: Dibazol enhances the action of other hypotensive agents and diuretics. It weakens the action of Anaprilin, Phentolamine enhances the hypotensive action of Dibazol. Effect on ability to drive and operate machinery: Caution should be exercised when driving and operating complex machinery during treatment. Dosage form: 10mg-ml solution for injection. Description: Clear, colorless liquid with a specific odor. Storage conditions: Store in a place protected from light and inaccessible to children, at a temperature not exceeding 25C. Dispensing conditions: Pharmaceutical product group III, dispensed without a prescription.
