Properties

What is it?

Composition: Betamethasone, Diclofenac Sodium; Hydroxocobalamin. Therapeutic action: Analgesic, anti-inflammatory, anti-rheumatic preparation. Indications: • Severe inflammatory and painful processes, especially with a neuritic component. • Rheumatic diseases of joints and extra-articular tissues. • Fibromyalgia. Myalgia. • Back pain. • Sciatica. • Trauma-related pain. • Tendon sprains. Dosage and administration: Dosage is determined individually, by doctor's decision and according to the patient's clinical condition. Average recommended doses are: Adults and children over 12 years old: 1-2 ampoules per day, intramuscularly. Method of administration: To reduce the risk of discomfort or local adverse reactions at the injection site, it is recommended to strictly follow the injection administration rules, specifically: • Carefully clean the injection site; • Maintain cleanliness throughout the product usage period; • Inject as deeply as possible. • Inject slowly. • Gently massage the injection area to ensure good distribution of the fluid. Contraindications: Allergy to any component of the preparation in the anamnesis. Active peptic ulcer of the gastrointestinal tract. Severe liver disease and/or acute renal failure. Decompensated heart failure. Severe hypertension. Patients with asthma with a history of acute asthma attacks, rhinitis, or rash caused by acetylsalicylic acid or other prostaglandin synthesis inhibitors. Active tuberculosis, systemic mycosis. Viral diseases. Active glomerulonephritis. Acute psychosis. Osteoporosis, hepatic purpura. Pregnancy, lactation, children under 12 years of age. Pregnancy: The use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs should be avoided, especially in the last trimester of pregnancy, due to the risk of premature closure of the arterial duct. Store at no more than 25C. Do not refrigerate. Keep out of reach of children. Dispensing rule: Pharmaceutical product group II, dispensed with prescription form #3.
