This combination of iron and folic acid also has a positive impact on pregnancy outcomes. One tablet contains: 158mg Iron Sulfate and 600mcg Folic Acid. Recommendations: Take 1 tablet daily with a sufficient amount of liquid during meals. Do not chew. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Take a maximum of 1 tablet every 24 hours.
