Composition: One tablet contains: 995mg Calcium Carbonate, equivalent to 400mg Calcium, 150mg Magnesium, 5mg Zinc, 500mcg Copper, 250mcg Manganese, 25mcg Selenium, 7.5mcg Vitamin D3. Indication: The unique combination of minerals, elements, and Vitamin D3 in Doppelherz aktiv Calciovin tablets is ideal for maintaining and developing the structure of bones and teeth. Regular intake of Calciovin tablets additionally contributes to the proper functioning of the heart, muscles, and nervous system. Calcium is known for its role in maintaining strong bones and teeth. It also plays an important role in blood coagulation and muscle function. Magnesium is also necessary for strengthening bone structure and maintaining mineralization. Magnesium improves the functioning of energy-metabolic processes and contributes to the work of the nervous and muscular systems. Zinc acts as a cofactor in many cellular processes, such as the synthesis of bone tissue by specialized tissues. Vitamin D is important for healthy bones as it promotes the absorption of calcium from the intestines and its localization in bones. Copper is necessary for the synthesis of collagen, one of the most important components of connective tissue, which forms the skeleton where bone minerals are deposited. Manganese and selenium are both important for bone health and help protect bone-synthesizing cells from oxidation.
